Smart Assistance is a collaborative video streaming tool that allows the on field operator to connect, share data and receive support from a remote expert through Augmented Reality technology.

This manual contains a description of the platform functions, including the specifications related to the user roles during the call (field operator, called On Field; remote expert, called Remote Support) and the device used (web devices, smartphones or tablets).

To access the system, you must have your access data (username and password) or Guest ID credentials, and, depending on the established use, the web portal or mobile application available for tablets and smartphones. Through the credentials it is possible to access the various applications of the platform.

Warning! Remember that at the first access it is necessary to accept the permissions requested by the operating system (access to the camera, microphone and localization) to ensure the correct functioning of the software. They may vary slightly depending on the operating system used.
